Both from winemaking families, we chose to work as a couple on the farm. Our plots are spread over the municipalities of Mareuil le Port (hamlet of Cerseuil), Troissy, Verneuil and La Chapelle Monthodon (hamlet of Chézy).

 

In addition to this, you need to know more about it. Since our installation, we wanted to market our Champagne. Desire materialized in December 2016 with our Cuvée "Initiale".

 

We practice a reasoned culture certified HVE (High Environmental Value) which aims to combine product quality and respect for the environment.

 

Our grapes are pressed on 2 sites: the Coopérative de Cerseuil and the Pressoir Picard in Verneuil. They are made up of 3 grape varieties: Pinot Noir for 22%, Pinot Meunier for 67% and Chardonnay for 11%, over a total area of ​​4 hectares 50 ares and 29 centiares.
